All testing is performed by qualified Physiotherapists and Accredited Exercise Physiologists and is rebatable via eligible private health insurance policies. 

All testing is inclusive of a comprehensive summary report and recommendations, delivered within 1-week of testing completion.

Testing is customised based on the athlete that we have in front of us! We individualise for you and help you get the most our of your assessment! 

Strength Testing

Completed by producing a maximal effort lift or pushing into a force gauge. Strength is predictive of performance & associated with injury risk.

Completed by producing a maximal effort jump/push or reactive jump/push on force plates. Power testing is associated with improvements in speed, jump & throwing performance.

Speed & Agility Testing

Running between light gates is the most accurate way to measure speed and change of direction performance.

Speed & Agility tests we can look at:

  • 5-10-20m Sprint
  • 60m Sprint

Fitness Testing

Foundation of physical performance. Improves ability to repeat best performance and ability to recover.
