Physio, I’ve had back pain for a few months now. Pricey @ around 135$ I saw james. He was really friendly and knowledgeable. He performed outstandingly in soft tissue massage and dry needling at my request. He also provided clarity on what my issues were and what I need to do short term to rectify. He provided stretching routine and exercise routine to complement my workouts. I can’t recommend him high enough to anyone in any sort of muscular pain. 5 stars.

After injuring my knee and realising I'm not so young anymore,  I was worried about how I'd cope. But after a few weekly visits to Geoff at Coast Sport, demonstrating what exercises I would need to do to get back to normal,  and showing me how not to injure myself more, he has not only helped me cope with my knee, but has built my self esteem up considerably. It's purely thanks to Geoff's wealth of knowledge & caring attitude that I believe I can improve everyday, so I can get back to work.
