Leigh-Anne McBride is a Senior Exercise Physiologist with over a decade of international experience in clinical rehabilitation and performance optimisation. Accredited with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA), Leigh-Anne specialises in using movement as medicine to help her patients overcome chronic pain and reach their peak physical potential.

With an Honours degree in Biokinetics (Exercise Physiology) from the University of Cape Town, Leigh-Anne combines rigorous clinical science with a holistic approach to wellness. Her extensive expertise includes:

Originally from South Africa, where she managed a successful private practice, Leigh-Anne is now an integral part of the Central Coast sporting community. An avid squash player with the Wyong Squash Club, she understands the demands of high-intensity sport. When she isn’t in the clinic or on the squash court, she’s likely practicing Yoga or cheering on the Springboks.
