Brett Doring is a highly accomplished Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist with a demonstrated history of leadership in the field. As the Founder and Director of Coast Sport, Brett has successfully established and managed a thriving physiotherapy practice, overseeing all aspects of the business from strategic planning to team leadership and stakeholder engagement.
Brett’s leadership extends beyond the clinic to his role as the Para Performance Health & Support Lead for Swimming Australia. In this position, he leads and coordinates performance health support for elite para-athletes, managing clinical teams and overseeing support for major events like the Paralympic Games and World Championships.
Currently, Brett is undertaking the prestigious ACP Clinical Specialisation Training Program in Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy, further solidifying his expertise in the field.
Throughout his career, Brett has worked with a variety of high-profile sporting teams. He was the consultant physiotherapist for the Central Coast Mariners FC, showcasing his expertise in managing injuries and enhancing performance in elite football. Additionally, Brett held the position of team physiotherapist for the NSW Swifts Netball Team, demonstrating his diverse skill set and commitment to providing comprehensive care to athletes across various disciplines.
