Chris is an avid sportsman, since a young age he has participated in a range of sports including cricket, soccer, AFL, golf and touch football. Outside of sport Chris’ garden care is second to none (if you ask him) and enjoys taking his little pooch for a swim down at the local beach.

Chris’ passion for sports and helping people become their best led him to a career in Physiotherapy. 

Chris has extensive knowledge and experience in the field of Sports & Exercise Physiotherapy. Chris’ undergraduate degree was in Sports and Exercise Science, he then completed a Doctor of Physiotherapy at Macquarie University. Chris since then has expanded his skills and knowledge and completed a Masters of Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy at La Trobe University, and is now an APA Titled Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist.    

Chris has worked closely with local and representative athletes. Chris has experienced working in high performance teams such as the Sydney Swans, West Coast Eagles, Manly Sea Eagles, GWS Giants Netball, Netball NSW and our own mighty Central Coast Heart. Chris’ aim is improve every individuals performance health by bringing elite level care to everyday individuals and weekend athletes. 

Chris has particular interest in managing athletes who play netball, soccer, AFL, touch football as well as track & field athletes. Through managing these sports Chris has developed an expertise in ankle, knee, shoulder and bone stress injuries. Chris is well accomplished in rehabbing adolescent and female athletes.
