Caroline Le Quesne
Being actively engaged in a variety of sports from a young age, Caroline always knew she wanted to help people reach their fullest potential in her career. Having played netball at a state and national level, she saw the value of Physiotherapy through her own experiences and injury rehab journeys.
With a background as a personal trainer, Caroline has a love for strength training, athletic conditioning and Olympic lifting. Her passion for movement, biomechanics and human physiology naturally progressed to the completion of a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the University of Newcastle.
Caroline enjoys working with patients at all stages of the rehab process, from injury diagnosis and investigation to return to sport and high level conditioning. She has worked as a sports trainer in soccer, rugby union, AFL and athletics, thoroughly enjoying working with athletes in the fast paced environment of team sports. Equally however, she delights in helping the weekend warrior get back to the activities they enjoy pain free.
In her spare time, Caroline loves going to the gym and beach, stand up paddle boarding and exploring local cafes with friends.
