We are pleased to offer Mobile Treatment Services to the Central Coast region. This service allows you to access our world class Physiotherapy treatment in the convenience and comfort of your home, workplace or sporting venue.

What Equipment do we use
We bring our full size treatment table with an adjustable back rest for your comfort. It is reliable and comfortable, with a lifetime structural guarantee and working weight of 175kg. We will have rehabilitation equipment specific to your needs for use during the consultation and for purchase as required.
How long are Consultation times
Your initial consultation will be 45-60 minutes.
Follow-up consultations will be 30 minutes.
How much will it cost
For this complete, one-on-one service with all necessary equipment brought to your house, you will pay on average $5-10 more than if you were to attend your local practice.
How do I pay
Payment must be made at the time of your appointment. You can pay by either cash or EFTPOS (credit or debit using our portable EFTPOS machine). No cheque or bank transfers are accepted.
Do I need a referral
If you are claiming through DVA, a CDM Medicare Program, WorkCover or CTP you will need a Doctors referral. If you are not claiming through any of these you do not require a Doctors referral.
How do I claim through a Health fund
Provided we can plug our portable HICAPS machine into your phone line (you will not be charged a phone call) we can simply claim for you on the spot, allowing you to only pay any gap remaining. If you don’t have an available phone line, you can pay the full consultation fee and claim your rebate from your health fund once you are issued with a receipt.
How do I prepare for my appointment
Please be prepared to start your appointment on time to ensure our Physiotherapists do not run behind. Try to prepare a small area for the treatment table to be set up.
Please have any scans (x-rays, CT, MRI or bone scans) ready, along with your referral if you have one. Wear shorts and a comfortable singlet top so your Physiotherapist can easily assess your area of concern.
What can I expect
Your physiotherapist will sit down with you and discuss what you have been experiencing in order to better understand your problem, along with discussing your goals and expected outcomes from physiotherapy. They will then assess you and discuss what they have found. From here the necessary treatment will be provided. Appropriate exercises will be prescribed and your physiotherapist can inform you on how many treatments you may require and how long it should take for you to reach your goals.
